Sure they are great reels! Aint it a pity though that the reel seating does'nt fit most modern-day salmon rods!!

The reel is the smaller Daiwa, the 1535 I think. The Daiwa 813 is the 1540, like it a lot!

true wild fish . its in a great condtion too well done the captor .. minds me of my own 45 inch cock fish i got in sept . so hard to get an accurate weight high twentys i would say . but the memories are better than the weight ..
