wit u think about it martin? Does the permit cover salmon/sea trout? its going up to about £6 the permit and to be honest i dont know what it says but for £6 i wouldnt thinkg you could keep salmon and sea trout, if that wis the case then surely we would all be down there with flys and spinners

Apart from the kelts, some of which they could be releasing, are they are breaking any rules.

Years ago when I was a student in Dundee I remember being told in the tackle shops that I could go and spin for Sea Trout in Broughty Ferry of the shore and to never worry about a permit etc
Stuff like this happens every where there are estuaries and sea anglers. In fairness most do return their catch.
