I've just photographed a load of Irish shrimp patterns for Bad Bastie to put onto a website he's building as part of a push to generate cash to help him get through college.
It was a learning experience for me as I've never bothered putting much effort into photographing flies before.
I'm pleased with the results, but equally pleased with the gift of the flies as a thank you for helping him out. The flies are simply stunning and as good as anything I've ever bought in a long fishing career.
I'm sure Bad Bastie is too shy to post these himself so I hope he doesn't mind me putting a few of them up here.
