I like the tying and Purple flies in general.
What conditions do you tend to give them a go in?
I did a Purple Badger Shrimp recently and would be inclined to use it in clear cooler water in Spring and, maybe, a frosty morning in the back end. An alternative to the Silver Wilkinson Shrimp perhaps?
