I like that one ;D Ross you said that you've only caught a couple of fish on green flies apart from on the Thurso, is that because you don't really use them elsewhere(ie Dee)

I also like that one a lot.
Something very fishy about the way the front end looks. Another macd winner if used by enough people? I am sure I posted something about use of Green in Salmon flies

I may have unerstated the use on the Dee etc- fast eddies and thurso dogs are great grilse fies. I cant see past the park shrimp so i just wanted something with a green theme, which keeps the shrimp fly style. Green works well on the old school yella belly, so its odd that it doesnt feaure more in spring flies south of the highlands
