What with the country on its knees and jobs going every day, things are certainley tight for most of us at the moment.
Question is who have pre-empted cutting back on fishing trips for 2010?
I know that I have to consider every trip carefully due to my salary sacrifice and the cost of petrol etc. I hear folk saying that they would not pay over a hundred pounds for Salmon fishing. Well I guess that unless you stay next to a good salmon river, you will be paying the top end of £100 when one considers the cost of the return trip to a decent river, the beat/rod cost, tips and lunch. it is getting more expensive in this day and age to plan too far ahead. Well it is for me.
What about you guys?
