aye nice fish, pity we never seen her swim away. Gentlemen can we put a stop to the obvious public display of disagreement over this. From purely from a neutral point of view, if he was allowed to kill that fish on his beat, then he has not done anything legaly wrong. It looked a clean enough fish from where I stand and who are we to say that he should not have killed the fish. It would be getting back to the old chestnut of catch and release argument again.
