Come on then gents, tell us lesser mortals how the day went? Did Martin get shown how to fish again? Did Tony do the business?
Cheers

Nice baggot caught at Newtyle!! I also thought that the Newtyle fish was a baggot ! You would think the gillie would know that it was not a springer, or is he new to fishing ?

Just back from a few days in search of a snow fish. Sadly, I didn't get him but fished some great water in good company. Fished the Murthly beats and then a day at Stobhall Upper water. Quite fresh weather (especially that easterly wind) but that's all good for the soul. I thought it was going to happen on every cast in Minister's and Stack End but unfortunately it wasn't meant to be. Photobucket seems to have blurred the pictures a bit but here are a few: Underghillie looks in my flybox... This one pretty much sums it up! Cheers to Tony, Donald and Bob for all their help. Great hosts. Price of brand new neoprenes: £55 Value when they start leaking on day two in 36 degree water: Fecking priceless!
