Skinny Grilse

Caught this wee grilse from the River Don on Saturday.

Not the bonniest fish I've ever seen. It looked as though it had been trapped in a net or attacked by something.???It's a skinny one too as you can see. Went back ok though.

Looks like net marks to me. It is a pretty thin grilse but might make a better showing next time.

I think I would have put it back myself
