With the river carrying extra water myself and Ken fished the river today hoping for a silver.
After trying several flies tried a s/s needle tube with a 4" wing and as it kited around had a great hit off the brown.
Not what I was after but at least the fly was working, missed two other good browns aswell.
No silvers showing.
