As above, what is considered to be the best or one of the best Tweed beats for Spring fishing. I will narrow that down and say during February and March. kf

I believe that Floors is quite good if you can get on, just down from Makerstoun and above the Junction.
Be nice to give that a go for a wee change around 15/16 February when it opens up to all methods also

Maybe not the best but the Tweedswood beat was always a very good bet in February/March, Cowies and the Bridge pool in particular from the North Bank. Had lots of fun there with my brother ken many years ago - The others inthe syndicate never fished much so great chance on lightly fished water. This is seriously worth having a look at. Kevin the Ghillie is a good guy.
