fished friday evening and saturday winkled out 4 and lost 2 all on the orange flamethrower If you ever get to fish in the Pacific Northwest bring a pocket full of those Puppies. For winter Steelhead fishing that, and the Cascade's, are excellent flies. Best tied (where legal) on Silver Salar double hooks. Only thing you want to do is keep the tails far shorter than you would for the standard AS tie. Steelhead tend to be short strikers, long tail will just give you a light tug but no hook up. Fred
