Good evening Gents,
I'm up on the Spey next week, hopefully some water arrives.
Apart from the usual suspects, cascade cascade cascade, I've got a few of Tonys fleas, about 40 Ghillies in every size, a few bourachs, arndillys, executioners.
Is there any flies that you would recommend,
Cheers
A Dummy

I think all those ghillies' will spell doom for a fish or two
if the water doesnt appear, also try a crathie- or any small dark fly . also silver stoat etc as micro tubes, small sunray on 1/2" tube- 2" wing. check out local wisdom on fly size.

Don't forget to take a few Tay Flamethrowers, they have been working well on the spey this season.

Pray for rain and more rain if you are on Lower Wester Elchies if yer needin rain it sounds like you are are going to high water beat steve Most east coast rivers have had more than enough rain lately, i know from talking to a few Ghillie friends on the Spey they don't want any more rain for a week or two
