Been playing with classic flies this week, as i would like to get in to tying the fully dressed one day. Any did these last week. This is the first one i tied. tied with turkey wing feather not very good quality. and peacock. This is the 2nd one i tied, using dyed turkey tail and nat turkey tail. As i said these are my first go at tying a named classic, so not to good. So please experts, dont be to hard on me. Dai.

Cheers chaps, for comments, but Dave would it not be nice to put a fly together, like Mr keally & Carne. two true masters.

Dai
Good to see you are on your way as a 7th Dan of fly tying perfection!
I think it is harder to tye the Classics if the bulk of your tying is Modern. Well it is for me!
You are obviously making a good go of it and the Namsen looks very good in the pics
