A fly tyer and angler held in great repute as a genius in both. This fly apparently holds or held the record steelhead caught on fly named after a river he stayed near and fished From what i can find out he took our traditional spey style and incorpperated to his needs which now across the pond is a standard go to style Que Fred to give us more information or correct me Hook Alec Jackson spey #3 Silk ,Red Tail gp topping Body, 1st half orange floss 2nd half oraange dubbing i used slf tag flat silver Ribs flat silver and med oval silver counter rib small oval gold Body hackle yellow long saddle Throat hackle Burnt natural black schlappen wing Four matching orange hackle tips

Thanks it has asked me to sunburst it ;D i will oblidge but waiting for delivery of some certain types of hackles and a better not make botch when i die them
