Very little history given other than it was designed by Juri Shumakov, the Russian who produced the range of bottle tubes. It is pictured alongside Shumakov's GH but there is no other detail provided! The original had natural GF hackle but I'm out at the moment, the yellow looks okay? The front hackle was listed as green but I like the look of the chartreuse.
