It was good to see Phillip and the old boy going down the boil together just like the old days. They were giving us a real casting demo.

I don't know what Tony and Phillip got fed as nippers but it's worked, some line Phillip was throwing, every single time and deep wading too.
Then Malcom came down behind him and done the same, Tay masterclass in the boil

I just ask them does such and such catch many fish on his bit of wool

Is this a nrw pattern Tony? Can you send me an original bit of wool to copy the tying? Glad you make the point that the 20yard boys can outfish the 40 yarders any day. particularly if the lies are on your side.

Got it in one that wool won't catch much. I am partial to a bit of wool fishing but only on Sundays. Nice to sit and watch to see how the guys fish, especially how they worked it. Get Phillip onto a Jetstream, it'll go even further

Then Malcom came down behind him and done the same, Tay masterclass in the boil The first time i met Malcom i fished down the cotter in front of him,and after a bit he came down and gave me a couple of tips on my casting, and i was casting better more consistently in 5 minutes. Thats not an exageration 5 mins !! two tips and he didny tack a penny! ;D ;D ;D I have payed up to £40 for an hour's lesson before and reached a peak in 30mins and floged away for another 30 the same way and not once were these tips sugested to me. Aye a got a bargain that day ;D ;D ;D
