if you scroll down to forum statics and click 50 most recent posts it works the same still going over some tweaks to get one at the top of the page

Not sure what's possible with the proboards forum but in phpbb there's an option to show 'active topics', basically a list of all the threads sorted by the time of the latest post. It'll also show you which one's you have and which one's you haven't read already, makes it very easy (also for the admin ) to keep track of what's going on without having to scroll through all the pages separately.

love2fish, I don't know if it's possible with this forum layout but it would be a nice feature to have. If you are on the home page of the forum the forum statistics part is all the way down in the part that says 'info center'. It shows active members, latest new member etc. There's also a blue line saying '50 most recent posts', click that and you'll see exactly that

proboards is fairly basic. it all runs on codes. tweaking different codes does different things to the lay out. i'm currently hunting for a code to move the 50 recent posts further up the page. the forum will develop over the next week.till we get to a lay out we are happy with
