Yes the snow gives it a whole new look, I took 3 Kelts in about ten casts on that pool ,all the time expecting a springer ,all in 3/4s of an hour ,one of those spring moments when the day warms somewhat and the wind drops ,was glad of good thermals and a superb ghillie !
