Willie Gunn or GBWG

Has anyone got a photo of a Willie Gunn or GBWG tied on a smaller double or treble (Size 6, 8 or 10 or equivalent) that has worked well for them?

Don't like the look of many commercially tied ones either.

I am just not happy with my efforts on these hooks (OK with larger tubes, though).

Maybe the bucktail I am using is too coarse as mine seem to look a bit shaving brushy? Or should I try Artic Runner instead?

I would think its your bucktail as a lot of the tails going about just now being poor.

Use less hair tb, ie mix about 6 hairs of each colour and that should fine them down.

A case of less is more! Will use the tips of bucktail also I don't like trying to mix Squirrel hair
