your having a very good week I but it could all come to a sudden halt, Mate of mine is picking up the odd fish as well. Had a nice 15lb radio tagged fish Sunday morning but didn't get a photo cause a mate had to go down a steep bank to net it.

Not good as I couldn't let him go last week because this fella passed away in the back of the car that week 12 years ago and was put to rest behind the fishing hut at Kinnaird , you might recognise it, so have some happy memories and some sad of my last visit to the Tay and have never been back fishing since. Hopefully I will get back up one day as my Salmon fishing began 40 years ago on the Orchy.

Went out this morning for a couple of hours and river was up about 5 inches with a lot of colour, had a few bumps from running fish that didn't connect but got this little feller 2 1/2 lb.

your run continues well done, keep it up That's it for a while now rain all night and today so the river is like tar, but when it drops the higher beats will fish first, and the night fishing for Sea Trout is good on the top beats but gets very busy.

Well done a great run any chance of pictures of the successfull flees If I showed you my flees ya would probably laugh, two areas I am no very good when it comes to fishing is casting & fly tying. It's always interesting to see flies that catch fish. I look for common elements or materials and compare with other flies that catch fish regularly. It's useful when designing a new pattern for trout or other fish.

Whatever your flies look like, they work very well.
