What I want to do (assuming I can't get one that already has an extension handle below the reel seat) is have the above 'modified' and turn it into an ultra light 2-hander.
Anyone know if the above is available in the UK?

Well so much for my quest for the 'ultima' light spey rod. Sold my home here in Ashland and purchased another (new) home about 25 miles to the NE. Got the last of the 'bids' I need for the move. Sweet Jesus!
Movers: $3,500 (three guys + two trucks; and that assumes I do all the boxing myself. Otherwise add about $1,000 USD).
Window 'treatments (drapes/etc): Touch under $2,500 and that's through Costco.
Additional drip irrigation system expansion at the new home: $1,300.
God only knows what I haven't thought of yet.
Added together all the known costs (buy and sell) and I'm out about $60,000 USD in equity.
FRACK! AND DOUBLE FRACK.
Only 'good news' is my monthly mortgage payments going down by right at 50% ... but that has to do with a lower interest rate (than present), a bit lower loan amount than I have now, and half the real estate taxes/HO insurance costs.
