hello my name is David from Co.Limerick Ireland, I'm 26. and being fishing since i was very young i mainly fish the mulkear in limerick and also the camoge river. looking forward to getting to know people on this forum.

heading out next week trout fishing to the camoge looking forward to that, i normally fish the mulkear around June or July becaouse its grilse river.

And hello again to you tone!!!some of the lads had a few good days up around holycross with some really nice trout caught. Suir was high nearly all year and there was some great salmon fishing if you put the effort in and timed it right with a lot of big fish around . The high water didnt suit the snap nets. You should think of giving it a throw lower down the river for the salmon when you're next over!

Hopefully pretty good,have renewed my CAAA Towy ticket this year,a lot of changes in the club the majority I agree with but will be on the Ogmore a lot this year. A great little river. The Usk and the Wye will have a bash to and looking forward to Fish Woodmill Swayling for seatrout . Have been meaning to fish it for a couple of years now but this year it's on the cards Sewinfly..................

I don't know what the average price for association membership is for for the UK rivers. Here in the south east of Ireland it's around €200 per annum which usually gives you several miles of fishing. It tends to get busy (busy= more than 2-3 rods) when the jungle drums report a few fish around and even then it only gets busy on the main pools that are easily accessed from the car park. Would be interested to hear what the general cost is on the uk rivers
