Gents....Advice please. Apart from price, is there anything to choose between a Lamson Velocity 4.0 and a Litespeed 4.0? CH

I don't have both reels to compare but have the Velocity 4. On it is 200 yds gel spun, running line and a 10/11 Guideline DDC power taper shooting head and tip. Just fits on fine and has great stopping power.
I like it.
Also have a Vosseller S3 which is my favourite.
I got the Velocity 4 slightly used off a forum member for £160 and bought my S3 new from GAC for £200 2 years ago. Now at £300 I think it's a rip off. Not sure you need to pay more than £200 for an excellent reel.

The older reels are superior to the new models the litespeed is a bigger reel and has a larger arbor it is 4.5 the velocity is about 4.3 i think both good reels but i would look out for a good second hand one, you dont get alot of backing on with a carron twin line on either both very good reels fro the money.
