Hi All
i'm looking for a little advice on fishing the Spey and which of the association water is the best to give a try.
I'm not keen to pay silly prices to fish it especially just now- just a day in a different localé, So association water seems like a sensible route to go. I read Mr Ballingalls post on his day on Grantons water and it looks superb. Has anyone had experience fishing the other association waters the Spey has to offer
thanks
Steve

Thanks Tony Ill get a trip up there after the rain arrives in July I'll have a bit of work to do before getting the good lady near a river again, she didn't enjoy the clegs and midges last week getting pictures.

Fochabers AA is very good. They used to fish the Castle water until a couple of years ago and then were moved down to Lower 1 by the estate. Great fly water and can be very productive in July and August. I found that an hour after day break was the most productive time. www.speyfishingfochabers.com/
