The humble "Bow" in some quarters doesn't half get some criticism, unjustly so to my mind.Its a great fighting fish and not always as easy to catch as some would have you believe.The 700 acre Lake Of Menteith is a beautiful place right in the heart of the Trossachs, steeped in Scottish history and full of fish. To quote Andy Warhol it was their i had my "15 Minutes". Along with 2 fellow members of Argyle Angling Club winning what was then {and probably still is} the largest fly-fishing competion in the UK, The Scottish Inter- Club Championship.That was way back in 1981 something im still proud of to this day. Their must be plenty members of the forum out their with their pics/stories of their Rainbow Trout Fishin' or their "15 Minutes" so c'mon lets see/hear some !!! Skippy Attachments:
