Here is a photo I took when fishing this lovely little reservoir nestling in the Pentland Hills near Edinburgh. Very fit fighting trout and in peaceful surroundings. Well worth a visit.

That it is Kenny, fished it quite a few times myself, my brother fishes there quite often too. Used to fish Glencorse quite a bit with my dad many moons ago pretty hard going but some nice fish in there. The Flotterstone Inn does some cracking grub too Paul

Hi PTG yes I did catch whilst there. In fact I caught 4 lovely hard fighting fish, with one approx 4lb mark. All returned I may add. Nice to try new waters, as you always learn new "things" kc

Aye it can get a wee bit busy at the weekend, but there is always a quiet spot to be found. weekday evenings are not as busy.
