Casting for Recovery Day at Kinermony

I was lucky enough to to have the highest bid in an auction for the charity Casting for Recovery for a day on Kinermony for 3 rods.
The Day also included B&B with Lesley Calzetti at Speyburn house, which i must say is the finest B&B i have stayed in, we were made most welcome and nothing seemed to be of any problem there was even a dram two waiting for us on our arrival

I went with 2 friends Jim Reid and John Young, both of which i must say are crack anglers

What a fantastic day, 14 Salmon and 5 grilse, oh aye and a few drams aswell

Just back from 2 days at Aberlour.
After the big rise on Sunday/Monday the river is black with peat and the fish are completely off the take.
I spoke to the guys at Kinnermony tonight before I left.
They followed after UG, John and Jim,s huge success on saturday.
They have had 1 for the week at Kinnermony between them.
