I Was asked by a forum member to tie a box of flies.... so after being given a list of patterns and sizes.. this was the end result. In the box there are a few of each of the following. Ally's shrimps  Cascades  Park shrimps  Tay Flamethrowers  Black bear Flamethrowers  Flamethrowers  Scroaggie shrimp/ stinchar flamethrower  Bann Special  Fiery brown tailed silver wilkinson  Curries Red with red jc instead of veilings   Pearly executioner  Stoats tail  Blue variant  Stinchar variant  All Boxed up and ready for action       And I actually managed to keep the tying desk tidy...... ish....... Stunning flies Dave With the Park Shrimp I'd go a lot shorter on the orange badger hackle that goes over the yellow hackle  How long did that lot take you to tie? Ade |

Ade ;D ;D I suppose I deserve that one ade  I tied these over the past few weeks, never managed to get a good run at them due to work.. was very stop start, an hour here or their. If I had managed 2 free days I would have got them tied at 2 sittings.... that would be my preffered way of tying this many flees. Dave. |

They look even better in the flesh! The pics dont do them justice, they're all beautifully tied. I'm looking forward to giving them a soak!

Thanks for all the comments guys.. They are appreciated as always. Just back from a week up north so just getting round to catching up with the forum ... Oh and I took the vice away with me, so look out the shrimp section. I had a busy week ;D |
