Next time try the Weems streach above the bridge at Aberfeldy, left hand side looking down stream. It used to fish very well with the fly and worm. Tom Sharp used to have this beat but it has been a few years since I fished it. P.s. It is a bit early this year with the cold weather try it in a couple of weeks time the march browns and large dark olives will be sailing down.

heres a picture of one of the pools i was fishing at aberfeldy, any 1 know what its called? We used to call that pool tidlers corner, I have had a few fish from it but never very many. There is a lot of crap caught up in the bottom there with trees and poo. As you look down stream on the othere side at the bend, that would have been a better bet. I used to get a good few fish from there. About a quarter of a mile up stream there is an island, there used to be a travelers camp there on the opposit side. You would have been better to fish there. K MacC
