This is the fly that caught me my first Salmon on the fly rod { long time ago now }. A shop tied Stoats Tail, it still has pride of place in my fly box. Can any of the members remember the fly that they broke their duck on ? Skippy Attachments:

Hooked and lost my first on a size 10 treble willie gunn Landed my first 2 one cast after the other on a size 8 double hooked Bann Special variant still works too. Next 7 same week on a size 6 double beardless Black Brahan

Inch and a half Comet tube, Tweed, November 1976 that's the first one on the flee (23lbs) first salmon ever was on a Toby but I canny mind when it was that long ago Tweed again
