What beats are there on the Endrick? Can you fish it on a day or weekly ticket? Are you allowed to fish the worm on th Leven?

yes rubberhooks you can spin and use the worm on the leven apart ftom the fly only which is 100 yrds above the bonhill bridge and where the glebe burn runs in which is below the bonhill bridge

I haven't fished the Endrick yet myself but for Salmon and Sea Trout fishing it's fly only, nice looking little river but you generally need to catch it after a spate. The Leven is £15 - £20 for a day ticket, can't remember which but it's only 7 miles long so your best chance is to fish around the tides or early morning and dusk, it's very unpredictable these days.
Apparently the Kelvin is fishing well and supposedly has nice water towards the Kirkintilloch area (£30 season ticket) and the Clyde probably offers a better chance of salmon too (£80 season ticket I think). I only live 5 mins from the Leven though....
